Wrong item displayed and sent

I didn't have a problem with wrong item sent to me. Understand might be due to human error, packed wrongly etc. What upsets me was that there were 2 shampoos: One with insecticide and one without insecticide. Both shampoos were listed and available in their webpage. They shipped the wrong item (that's fine) and when I highlighted wrong item sent and told them I wanted the one with insecticide. I initiated that I open for an exchange. They had to check on their end and eventually told me the one I originally wanted to purchase was OOS. Then why list it as available? You made another mistake because you couldn't tell the both apart? I was told the next shipment is another month later. During our conversation, I didn't feel any service recovery as well, almost insincere. No proactiveness in giving options such as refunds and next purchase discounts. I had to be the one who initiate refund (and when that didn't went through), I ask for next purchase discount.
